I created this chart to better lay out my options for funding. Personally, for a small project like mine I would prefer to choose self-funding as the budget is lower and more manageable and so self-funding is possible.

A call sheet is important because it contains all the information the cast and crew need to know for the day's shoot, such as the schedule, location, and contact information. It helps ensure everyone is on the same page and can help prevent confusion, delays, and mistakes. It also serves as evidence that everyone was informed of the details of the shoot and can be used to verify who was present and when.
